Walk the talk, back oppressed

a statement was issued by “political forces,” urging the authorities to continue banning parties, and that their request stems from a “purely humanitarian position.”
logically, we cannot ask a person or group to be sad about a decision and to be happy with a decision, without an acceptable official excuse, and without specifying a time - frame. the tragedies of the palestinian people have been continuing for 75 years, and they have been subjected to genocide since that time. therefore, the demand of the signatories of the statement to continue solidarity with them, in a paper form, until the end of the massacre, is illogical. true solidarity is in actions.
the suffering of the palestinians, and subsequently the arabs, has been continuing for many decades, and signing a statement, bearing names such as “women’s cultural forum” and “democratic platform,” with muslim brotherhood associations, will not alleviate the suffering and magnitude of the tragedy and pain of the tortured gazans, who are deprived of safety, medicine, and food, and do not benefit them. solidarity statements are not worth the paper they are written on!
i personally, who oppose stopping concerts, have taken real actions and initiatives in support of the people of gaza. what have the supporters of continuing to stop concerts done? what did the victims of the zionist aggression benefit from their statement?
they called, from a humanitarian point of view, to stand with the plight of the people in gaza, and to stop parties, but they forgot that this ordeal or catastrophe to which the people of gaza are exposed is not the biggest catastrophe nor the most oppressive and cruel in the history of the nation, but rather it was preceded by, and will come after, great disasters, tragedies and calamities.
this appears to be our fate. the arab countries have long suffered from the oppression of the turks, the malice of the british, the cunning of the french, and the depravity of the zionists. this is in addition to the series of bloody military coups, the number of victims and their material and social losses increased, all that the nation suffered from all its enemies over a thousand years. is it required? are we supposed to continue slapping, grieving, and crying forever?
if this is the group’s demand, and i do not think that the majority of them are convinced of it, then our nights will be long and miserable, and we will live in constant depression and anxiety. according to logic, the human soul cannot tolerate such pressures for long, and continuing to impose them by force will result in the creation of a hypocritical and lying nation that acts secretly. what you cannot do in public, and the goal will change from solidarity with the injured person to being against him!
the palestinians face the ordeal that we have faced before, and we were refugees for seven long months, during which the “brother and cousin” insulted everyone dear to us, we were actually in a real tragedy, and yet i do not remember a day, and this is what often happened to others if i wondered about the reason why “political forces” did not issue statements in support of our right.
rather, my only concern was for my country to be liberated, searching for someone to reduce my suffering, but its way of life and celebrations did not concern me. therefore, i do not think that there is a “reasonable palestinian” who wants us to stop our celebrations, live in sadness, and issue statements. rather, he wants our active and positive standing with him, not on paper or vocally.
