i often do not call people by the title (doctor) if they are not physicians. i really wonder about those who accept to be addressed as doctors although they are not among the phd holders and those who insist on being addressed as doctors despite the fact that they are not capable of holding such degrees after the scandals of thousands of holders of these degrees have been exposed.
the distinguished tv presenter, tony khalifa, held an interview with mr. talal abu-ghazaleh, who was a guest on the channels, because of his extraordinary predictions, and his funny expectations, of which nothing has been achieved for years, and the presenter reminded him of what he had previously predicted that a third world war would break out at the end of 2021.

he also mentioned that the human rights council in geneva would “issue” a resolution calling on lebanon to lift the banking secrecy so that depositors would know where their money went. this is also empty talk that has nothing to do with the truth, and this is not the task of the human rights council!
he said that the banking expression ‘hair cut’, which means “shaving” or deducting a percentage of the depositors’ balances and giving them the rest, as a lebanese invention is also empty talk, as it is a global expression, and it has been applied in several countries, and it works in both directions, as the bank may be forced to accept part of its debts from a debtor, or the depositor accepts part of his deposit in the bank, and this is called a hair cut.
i wonder how a person introduces himself as an international accountant and accepts to be addressed as a doctor while he is not aware of such primary information. hair cut was implemented by banks in cyprus some years back where the hair cut average was almost 60 percent.
after the government’s prosecution of holders of forged degrees, especially phds stopped, we relied on chance to uncover them, and this is what led to the discovery that a female citizen, working as a teacher in one of the colleges of higher education, forged her bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees, in bulk, and admitted that she had obtained them with the help of an egyptian after paying him huge sums of money and that he is the one who also helped her to acquire the three fake certificates by kuwait ministry of higher education and this is yet another bigger disaster.
it was also found that the forger had obtained 117,000 dinars in salaries, and was imprisoned for refusing to return the amount to the state.
a verdict was issued by the court of cassation in which it slapped a 2,000 dinars fi ne on a former association president for forging his university degree, which he used in the association elections, and his success enabled him to obtain 30,000 dinars as membership rewards!
exposing the forgers of educational certificates, who manipulated the future of our children, and exposing the forgers of national identity, who changed the course of election results, is not a difficult process, but it seems that some parties want to protect the suspects.
